Congalala – Monster Showcase – Monster Hunter Online

Since Monster Hunter Online will be taken offline at the end of the year, I wanted to make showcases on some of the monsters in the game as a way to remember them.

In this showcase we cover Congalala and its subspecies Gold Congalala, the monkeys that leave such a strong smell in your nose that you won’t be able to eat! While they are considered Fanged Beasts, Congalala is weak to the fire element and can inflict the Sleep, Soiled and Poison status ailments as well as has 4 breakable parts, the head, both claws and the tail. Gold Congalala is weak to the water element and can inflict Fireblight, Poison and Soiled status ailments, while its breaks are the same. When enraged it will surround itself with a “Natural Gas” aura that will affect the hunter when in close proximity!

Hopefully Gold Congalala will appear in future games!
