Baelidae – Monster Showcase – Monster Hunter Online
Since Monster Hunter Online will be taken offline at the end of the year, I wanted to make showcases on some of the monsters in the game as a way to remember them.
In today’s showcase we go over Baelidae and its subspecies Dread Baelidae, the ugly, yet unique spiders! Considered a Carapaceon rather than a Neopteron, Baelidae is weakest to the fire element and can inflict the Silked status ailment as well as has 3 breakable parts, both claws and the abdomen. Dread Baelidae is also weakest to the fire element and can inflict Silked, Poison and Paralysis status ailments, while its breaks are the same.
Hopefully these monsters will appear in future games!
